Private Beta Notice
ParkShare is currently operating as a limited private beta. These policies apply to the current beta service and may be updated as ParkShare transitions to public launch.
The beta is operated directly by its founder. Formal business registration details and additional legal information will be published before public release.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ParkShare at https://parkshare.bantaitech.com (the "Service").
ParkShare is currently a private beta project developed and operated by its founder ("we", "us", or "our"). Business registration details, legal entity information, and additional formal contact information will be published before any public launch.
Effective date: 15 July 2026. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to the current beta and may be updated as the Service matures.
2. Private Beta Status
ParkShare is currently offered as a limited private beta for selected condominium communities. Features, availability, pricing tools, and policies may change without notice as the Service evolves toward public launch.
The Service is developed and operated directly by its founder during this beta period. The Service may contain bugs, downtime, or incomplete functionality. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the beta at any time.
Beta participation is by invitation or approved signup within supported condos only. We may limit registrations or remove access to manage capacity and safety.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident (or authorized representative) of a supported condominium community to use the Service.
Marketplace access requires admin approval of your residency verification. Until approved, you may complete onboarding but cannot browse or transact in the marketplace.
You represent that information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to list a parking slot if you act as an owner.
4. Accounts and Authentication
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Optional Facebook Login may be offered to simplify sign-in. Whether you use email/password or Facebook Login, you must complete all required condo profile fields and residency verification before marketplace access.
You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
5. ParkShare Is a Facilitator Only
ParkShare provides software that helps verified residents within the same condominium discover parking listings, submit rental requests, and coordinate arrangements.
We do not own parking slots, employ owners or renters, set building parking rules, or guarantee availability, suitability, or legality of any listing.
During private beta, rental payments are arranged manually between residents (for example, via GCash). ParkShare does not collect rent, hold deposits, issue receipts, or reconcile payments in the current beta.
Any payment, refund, or dispute about money is solely between the owner and renter unless we explicitly introduce in-app payments in a future release.
6. Parking Owner Responsibilities
If you list a parking slot, you agree that:
- You have the right to offer the slot for the times and conditions you publish.
- Listing details, photos, pricing, and availability are accurate and kept up to date.
- You will comply with your condominium's parking rules, association approvals, and any applicable building management requirements.
- You will honor accepted rental requests or promptly communicate changes and cancellations.
- You will not discriminate unlawfully or misrepresent the slot's location, size, or access conditions.
7. Parking Renter Responsibilities
If you request or use a parking slot, you agree that:
- Vehicle information you provide is accurate and the vehicle is roadworthy and appropriately insured as required by law.
- You will use the slot only for the agreed times and will vacate promptly when the rental ends.
- You will follow building access rules, speed limits, and conduct requirements of the condominium.
- You will not sublease, resell, or transfer access without the owner's consent.
- You accept responsibility for damage you cause to the slot, surrounding property, or other vehicles, subject to Section 11.
8. Manual GCash and Payment Arrangements
During private beta, owners and renters coordinate payment terms directly after a request is accepted. Common methods may include GCash, bank transfer, or cash, as agreed between the parties.
ParkShare does not verify payment completion and is not responsible for non-payment, overpayment, fraud, or disputes arising from off-platform transfers.
Do not share passwords, one-time codes, or full financial credentials through ParkShare messages or uploads.
9. Building Rules and Compliance
Users must comply with all condominium house rules, parking regulations, fire and safety codes, and instructions from building management or security.
ParkShare does not interpret or enforce building rules. If management prohibits short-term parking sharing or requires additional approval, you must obtain that approval before listing or using a slot.
10. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Use the Service if you are not a resident of a supported condo or have not been verified when verification is required.
- Provide false residency documents, impersonate another person, or create duplicate accounts to evade verification.
- Harass, threaten, or spam other users.
- List slots you do not control or misrepresent slot location or access.
- Use the Service for commercial parking operations outside resident-to-resident sharing without our written consent.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service's security or infrastructure.
- Upload malware or unlawful content through verification or photo uploads.
11. Disputes, Damage, Towing, Cancellations, and Liability
Disputes about parking use, vehicle damage, blocked access, towing, overstays, or cancellations are primarily between the owner and renter. You should attempt good-faith resolution directly before contacting support.
Condominium management or towing operators may act according to building rules independent of ParkShare. We are not responsible for towing fees, gate access failures, or enforcement actions by third parties.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PARKING ARRANGEMENT.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED PHILIPPINE PESOS (PHP 100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, provide false information, fail verification, receive repeated complaints, or create risk to other users or the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limits and governing law) will survive.
13. Service Changes
We may update features, supported condos, verification requirements, and these Terms as the product matures toward public launch. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date when practicable.
Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information, including signup data, Facebook Login data when enabled, verification documents, and listing content. By using the Service, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your location requires otherwise.
